The Great American Solar Eclipse 2017
An historic, "once-in-a-lifetime" experience, a total solar eclipse. Images taken in Charleston, South Carolina on August 21st, with partly cloudy conditions which not only added drama to the skies, but kept us from burning up on the ground. The last two images were taken as totality ended and the sun started to become visible again. It was a very eerie light. Can't wait for the next one in 2024 (God willing!)
